Purpose
Quote balloon garlands, arches, walls, and bouquets with balloons, helium, hardware, setup labor, and delivery. It uses the same supplies list, products, and orders as your other studios.
Before you begin
Pick this craft on Start Here so the studio shows in your sidebar.

Add balloons by size and color, helium, glue dots, strip, and weights on Supplies.

Open the Calculators tab (Garland & Helium, or Event Quote to price an install with crew, delivery, and deposit and send it as a quote) to estimate balloons for a length of garland, bags to buy, and helium for floating pieces. Every studio also has Team & Bulk Quote, Price Sheet, Capacity Planner, and Craft Fair Booth Planner.

Price reusable frames and stands as overhead, and travel or delivery as a fee line.

On Products & Pricing, price a new product with the Garland, Arch & Walls or Bouquets & Centerpieces method, then plan each event on the Events to Build tab.

Save the cost to make to see cost per item, suggested price, and margin on Products & Pricing.

Plan an order from the product on Orders to Make. Your stock changes once, only when you choose Mark as made.
What happens next
Your product has a real cost and price, and your stock stays accurate as you make orders.
