Craftproof LLC, doing business as Craft Stock Studio (“Craft Stock Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use our subscription-based software, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Policy applies to information about visitors, account holders, subscribers, and individuals whose information a subscriber chooses to enter into the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that have their own privacy notices.

The personal information we collect depends on how you use the Service. It may include the following categories:

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose personal information to trusted third-party service providers that help us host, operate, secure, support, and maintain the Service. These providers process personal information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to applicable contractual or legal safeguards.

We may also disclose personal information:

• to payment processors, including Stripe, to process subscription payments and manage billing;
• to Cloudflare for website and application security, fraud prevention, and bot-protection functions such as Turnstile;
• when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process;
• when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Craft Stock Studio, our users, or others;
• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction; or
• with your direction or consent.

5. Cookies, Logs, and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Service, remember account or interface settings, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues, and understand basic service usage.

Craft Stock Studio does not use third-party advertising cookies or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control certain cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may affect the Service’s functionality or security.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and workspace information while your subscription is active. After cancellation or termination, we generally delete or de-identify account and workspace information within 30 days, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, tax or payment records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement of our agreements.

You should export or retain information you need before cancelling an account, requesting a refund, or otherwise ending access to the Service. We are not required to retain information indefinitely after your subscription or account ends.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission, storage, or security control is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using the Service appropriately.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain processing, such as the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.

Craft Stock Studio does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

To submit a privacy request, use our Contact/Support page and choose “Privacy or data request.” Please describe your request and provide the email address associated with your account, if applicable. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

If we deny a privacy request, you may appeal the decision by submitting a new request through the Contact/Support page, choosing “Privacy or data request,” and stating that you are appealing a privacy-request decision. We will review the appeal and provide information about further options required by applicable law if we deny the appeal.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available to you under applicable law.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. For example, California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sales or sharing, limit certain use of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. Texas residents may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of personal data, and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or profiling.

These rights apply only where the relevant law applies to Craft Stock Studio and may be subject to exceptions and verification requirements. The request and appeal process in Section 8 is our designated method for making these requests.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us through the Contact/Support page so we can take appropriate action.

11. International Users

The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or another location where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a change materially affects your privacy rights, we will provide notice when reasonably practical.
