Purpose
Cost bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and keychains with beads, charms, cord, findings, and assembly time. It uses the same supplies list, products, and orders as your other studios.
Before you begin
Pick this craft on Start Here so the studio shows in your sidebar.
- 1
Add bead strands, spacers, charms, cord or wire, and findings on Supplies.
- 2
Open the Calculators tab (Bead Counter, or Jewelry Pricing for retail and wholesale prices) with the finished length and bead size to get beads per piece and the bead and cord cost. Every studio also has Team & Bulk Quote, Price Sheet, Capacity Planner, and Craft Fair Booth Planner.
- 3
Add charms and spacers as their own supply lines so each one is counted.
- 4
On Products & Pricing, price a new product with the Beaded Bracelet or Beaded Jewelry method, plus assembly labor and packaging.
- 5
Save the cost to make to see cost per item, suggested price, and margin on Products & Pricing.
- 6
Plan an order from the product on Orders to Make. Your stock changes once, only when you choose Mark as made.
What happens next
Your product has a real cost and price, and your stock stays accurate as you make orders.
