The big idea

Most makers price from memory and count stock by looking at the shelf. Craft Stock Studio connects the two. You enter what you paid for your supplies once, and every product, quote and order uses those real numbers.

  • Materials: what you buy, what you paid, and how much is on hand.
  • Cost to make: the materials, time and machine cost that go into one item, plus a suggested price.
  • Orders to make: what you need to make and when. Planning never touches your stock.
  • Mark as made: when the work is finished, the materials come out of stock once.
  • Sales: customer requests, quotes, invoices, pickup and shipping.

Your dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you see after you log in. It shows what needs you today.

The orange numbers match the steps below.
  1. Today

Your top 5 things to do: jobs that are due, customers you're waiting on, and stock to buy.

  2. Quick buttons

Add inventory, create a quote or invoice, or make a product without hunting through the menu.

  3. Numbers at a glance

Paid revenue, estimated profit, items in production and low-stock items for the dates you pick.

Where to start

Open Start Here in the sidebar. It walks you through the same 4 steps you'll use for every product.

Tip: You don't have to set up everything on day one. Add the materials for one product, price it, and go from there.
