  • What you paid for its supplies (a receipt or order history helps)

Open Start Here

The orange numbers match the steps below.
  1. Click Start Here in the sidebar

    It's right under Dashboard.

  2. Pick a studio

Use the buttons at the top to switch studios. Each studio has its own 4 steps.

  3. Work down the list

Each step has an Open button that takes you to the right page. A green check means it's done.

Step 1: Add the materials you buy

Enter each supply with what you paid and the pack size, like a 10 lb bag of wax for $24. Every cost in the app comes from these.

  1. Open step 1 and add the supplies for one product

See Add a supply for the full walk-through.

Step 2: Price your first product

Use your studio's pricing calculator or the cost to make page. It adds up materials, time and machine cost, then shows a suggested price and your profit.

Step 3: Plan your first order

Pick the product and how many to make. This is just a plan. Nothing comes out of stock yet.

Step 4: Mark it as made

When the order is finished, mark it as made. That's when the materials come out of stock, so your counts stay right.

Tip: After step 4, look at Materials. The supplies you used are lower by exactly what the product needed.
