Use Candle Studio
Plan container candles and wax melts with built-in fragrance-load and batch cost calculators.
Step by step
Open Candle Studio. The tabs are Overview, Materials, Products & Pricing, Calculators, and Batches to Make.
Add wax, fragrance oils, wicks, dye, and jars on Materials with the price you paid and the pack size.
Open the Calculators tab: Fragrance Load, and Candle Batch & Cost to see how much wax and fragrance to weigh out and what each candle costs. Every studio also has Team & Bulk Quote, Price Sheet, Capacity Planner, and Craft Fair Booth Planner.
On Products & Pricing, price a new product, then plan each pour on Batches to Make. Your stock changes once, only when you choose Mark as made.
What happens next
Your candle batch is poured and costed. Sell or invoice the finished candles.
