Use Print Cut & Press
Price, quote, and make HTV, adhesive, and purchased-transfer products in Print Cut & Press, with eleven built-in calculators.
Step by step
Open Print Cut & Press. The tabs are Overview, Materials, Products & Pricing, Calculators, Orders to Make, and Machines.
Add your vinyl and film on Materials with the roll width, length, and price you paid so the cost per square inch is right.
Open the Calculators tab: Garment Pricing, Vinyl Yield, Names & Numbers, Team & Bulk Quote, Price Sheet, HTV vs DTF vs Sublimation, DTF Gang Sheet, Weeding Time, Transfer Supplier Compare, Capacity Planner, and Craft Fair Booth Planner. Save a garment price as a product, or send a team order straight to a new quote.
Plan an order on Orders to Make from a priced product or Make Product, then choose Mark as made when it's finished. Vinyl, blanks, and transfer tape come out of stock once.
What happens next
Your decorated items are made and costed. Sell them, or invoice the linked customer order.
