Add blanks (shirts, tumblers, mugs)
Blanks are the items you decorate. Add each size and color you stock so counts stay exact.
When you're done
Have each blank variant tracked with its own count and cost.
Add a blank
Go to Inventory > Materials and click Add material, then Blank
Enter the style and category
For example "Bella+Canvas 3001 Tee" in T-Shirt, or "20 oz skinny tumbler" in Tumbler.
Add the brand, color and size
A medium black tee and a large black tee are two blanks, so each gets its own count.
Enter how many you bought and what you paid in total
Add shipping and tax if you want them included. The cost per item is worked out for you.
Set a reorder level and click Save
Tip: When you restock a blank at a new price, the cost per item becomes the average of old and new stock. On the Materials page, blanks show as "Style – Color – Size" so you can find the right one fast.
