Add a roll or sheet

The orange numbers match the steps below.
  1. Go to Inventory > Materials, click Add material, then Vinyl or transfer

  2. Name it and pick the category

HTV, adhesive vinyl, transfer tape, DTF film or sublimation paper.

  3. Enter what you paid, and the width and length in inches

A 12 in x 15 ft roll is 12 wide and 180 long. The area and cost per square inch are worked out for you.

  4. Set a low-stock threshold in square inches

For example 300 sq in is about 2 feet of a 12 in roll. Leave Remaining area at 0 for a new roll and it starts full.

  5. Save

See what's left

Each roll shows the area left and about how many inches of length that is, so you know before you start a big order.

Worked example: Cost of one design

A 12 in x 15 ft roll of HTV costs $29.99.

Roll area (12 x 180)2,160 sq in
Cost per sq in ($29.99 / 2,160)$0.0139
Design size8 x 10 in = 80 sq in
Vinyl cost for the design$1.11
