Create and send a quote
Price custom work from your products, send a link, and turn it into an invoice when they say yes.
When you're done
Have a quote sent with a link your customer can open and accept.
Build the quote
Go to Sales > Quotes and click New Quote
Pick the customer and dates
Valid until sets when the quote expires.
Add line items
Pick a product to use its price, or add a custom line.
Send it
Send quote by email, or copy the customer link to text it or send it on Etsy.
Tip: Quotes never use up your stock. The availability panel just shows whether you have enough.
Track your quotes
The top of the page shows how many are drafts, sent, accepted and expired, and the value of accepted quotes. When a customer accepts, open the quote and create an invoice or order from it.
