Invoices and getting paid
Send an invoice with your payment link, then record the payment when the money comes in.
When you're done
Have an invoice sent and marked paid.
Add your payment details once
Customers pay you directly. Craft Stock Studio never handles the money.
Go to Settings > Invoice Settings
Paste your payment link
PayPal.me, Square, Stripe or Venmo. It shows as a Pay button on every invoice.
Add payment instructions
For example "Venmo @yourshop or cash at pickup".
Send and record payment
Open or create an invoice
From Sales > Invoices, or from a quote or order.
Send it
Send invoice by email, or copy the invoice link for a text or Etsy message.
Record payment when it arrives
Enter the amount. Part payments show as partially paid.
Mark it paid or fulfilled
Watch out: Marking an invoice paid or fulfilled takes finished products out of stock (you choose which in Settings > Stock Behavior). If you don't have enough, you'll see a warning first.
