A calculator prices one product once. Craft Stock Studio remembers what every product uses, keeps your stock counts up to date as you make things, and re-checks your profit whenever you restock at a new price. It comes from the team behind Craft Calculators.

Does Craft Stock Studio take payments from my customers?

Accepted Answer

No. You can send quotes and simple invoices, and your invoice shows your own PayPal, Square, Venmo or Stripe link or payment instructions. Your customer pays you directly and you mark the invoice paid. We never hold your money or take a cut.

When does stock come off my inventory?

Accepted Answer

Only when you confirm that you made something. Quotes, orders, invoices, drafts and plans never change your counts, so you can plan and quote freely.

Can I try Craft Stock Studio before I buy?

Yes. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial with full access to the workspace. A card is required to start, you are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends from the Billing page.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your subscription continues automatically on the plan you chose ($29 per month or $290 per year) and your card is charged on the day the trial ends. If you cancel before then, you are not charged. The free trial is available once per customer. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?

Yes. Choose monthly access for $29 per month or yearly access for $290 per year. Both plans include the same Craft Stock Studio features.

Question 9

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the secure billing area. Your access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Will I be able to use the dashboard after I subscribe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your payment is confirmed and your subscription is active, you can access the Craft Stock Studio dashboard and all included workspace features.
