Step by step
Cost cards, invitations, stickers, toppers, and planners with cardstock, ink, envelopes, and cutter time. It uses the same supplies list, products, and orders as your other studios.
Add cardstock, paper, sticker sheets, envelopes, and ink on Supplies (by the sheet or each).
Open the Calculators tab (Sheet Yield, or Card & Invitation Set Pricing for a full set) to see how many pieces fit on one sheet and the paper cost per piece. Every studio also has Team & Bulk Quote, Price Sheet, Capacity Planner, and Craft Fair Booth Planner.
Add your cutting machine or printer on the Machines tab with an hourly rate if you want machine time in your costs.
On Products & Pricing, price a new product with the Cut Paper & Cardstock or Printed Paper Goods method, using a fraction of a sheet per piece from the sheet yield.
Save the cost to make to see cost per item, suggested price, and margin on Products & Pricing.
Plan an order from the product on Orders to Make. Your stock changes once, only when you choose Mark as made.
What happens next
Your product has a real cost and price, and your stock stays accurate as you make orders.
