Step by step
Cost UV direct prints and UV DTF transfers with blanks, ink, primer, film, and printer time. It uses the same supplies list, products, and orders as your other studios.
Add your blanks on Blanks, and UV ink, primer, varnish, and UV DTF film on Supplies (ink in milliliters, film by the sheet or foot).
Open the Calculators tab (Ink & Print Cost, or Bed Layout & Run Time for pieces per bed and printer hours) and enter your ink bottle price, size, and the ink your RIP reports for the job to get ink and printer cost per piece. Every studio also has Team & Bulk Quote, Price Sheet, Capacity Planner, and Craft Fair Booth Planner.
Add your UV printer on the Machines tab with an hourly rate.
On Products & Pricing, price a new product with the UV Direct Print or UV DTF Transfer method: a blank line, ink and primer supply lines, a machine-time line for printer time, and labor.
Save the cost to make to see cost per item, suggested price, and margin on Products & Pricing.
Plan an order from the product on Orders to Make. Your stock changes once, only when you choose Mark as made.
What happens next
