Reorder low stock with Purchasing
See what's running low, how much to buy, and turn it into a purchase order in one click.
When you're done
Have a draft purchase order for everything that's running low.
Review the suggestions
Go to Inventory > Purchasing
Reorder Suggestions lists everything at or below its reorder level.
Check the suggested amount
It's based on your reorder level and what your planned orders need. Change it if you like.
See why it matters
Planned job impact shows which upcoming orders need this item.
Tick the items to buy and click Create purchase draft
Tip: Items marked Supplier needed don't have a supplier yet. Edit the material to add one and future drafts group by supplier.
Send it
Open the draft under Purchase Orders, check the amounts, and send it to your supplier however you normally order. Mark it Ordered so it shows on the Receiving tab.
Watch out: A purchase order never changes your stock by itself. Stock goes up only when you check items in.
